The double-headed seaming machine of the mattress is mainly used for sewing the fabric of the mattress edge. The double-headed seaming machine of the mattress uses two upper and lower independent sewing heads, and at the same time, the fabric of the mattress is wrapped around the edge. Synchronous drive with variable frequency control head, motor driven polyurethane rubber roller feeding, fabric tensioning device and adjustable winding mechanism. Automatically cut off excess fabric from the seams. The mattress double-head synchronous sewing machine is equipped with a waste collector, wire break protection and tail stop to make the machine more intelligent.
Technical Characteristics:
1. It is equipped with two Pegasus sergeing heads, which work synchronizedly controlled by two AC motors with frequency converters.
2.The machine has two servo drive variable speed puller with long lasting urethane rollers, material tension device, and re winder.
3.It has excessive fabric auto-cutting device along with a vacuum scrap-collection device. Additionally, it is equipped with thread break detection device as well as material splice auto-stop device.
