The mattress label of different shapes can be automatically stitched to the mattress . The mattress label is accurate in mechanical positioning. It creates a perfect stitching on the mattress label. It is
easy and convenient to operate and maintain, which is an ideal supporting equipment for the production of high-grade mattresses.

1. Japan original double-large shuttle bed, fully imported servo motor control, higher accuracy and better stability;
2. It has a high-stroke automatic pressure-lifting foot, which is convenient and fast for unwinding, automatic thread trimming and automatic oiling system;
3. The positioning is accurate and reliable, the stitch is perfect and consistent, and the operation is more convenient;
4. Different sizes of labels could be pre-stored into the program.
5. Zig zag stitching and straight stitching are optional.
