LDT-80 high speed bonnell spring coiling machine produces Bonnell spring units at speed of 80 pcs/min. In a complete circle procedure it includes wire coiling, knitting at both ring ends, heat treatment and delivery to outlet channel.The bonnell spring coiler has integrated PLC and Servo control system, also with high sensitive touch screen. All machine functions including wire feeding length, heat treatment, self lubrication and self-protecting are automatically controlled.
