Products Description:

High speed single needle quilting machine is used to quilt high class mattress and covers. It adopts imported linear guider, sewing head moving with high efficiency but lower vibration noise. Its max working speed is 3000rpm, which improves working efficiency 20-25%. It is easy to operate and do the maintenance.

4. Main axis adopt the electronic system, X and Y direction adopt the stepper drive system .

6. Upper thread detection is available.
7. It has more than 200 different kinds of designs in stock. Customer could copy the design from USB flash disk;
8.It has pattern browse function,could read dst,dat,emb etc design format, could rotate and mirror the pattern.
9. It has the count quantity and clear function, could count the output very easy.
10.It could quilt forward or backward and set the lock stitch needle stitch length.
11. It could track pattern stitch, easy to find any point of pattern.
12.It easy to set the pattern limit range and pattern space in computer.
13.Main axis problem testing function could avoid the quilt damage, because of the main axis fault. It has the protection function of beyond the bound.
